Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Due to the nature of Made-to-Measure garments, we can't offer returns or refunds.

In case the item does not fit perfectly, please contact us at customerservice@victoria-wright.com within 15 days or the receipt of the item. Our associate will review your request and, if approved, issue an alteration credit up to a certain amount.

After approval of your alteration request, you will be able to take your item to your local tailor or seamstress. Make sure to keep the receipt or invoice and email it to customerservice@victoria-wright.com, then we will process the reimbursement, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 30 days.

Alteration credit amounts will be given on a case by case basis depending on several factors, including the type of garment, alteration needed and geography. In continental United States, we typically offer up to $30 USD for blouse, pant, skirt and dress alteration and up to $50 USD for blazer and coat alterations.

If the item still does not fit after a professional alteration, please contact us at customerservice@victoria-wright.com within 10 days of the alteration invoice or receipt. Our customer service representatives will do their best to solve the issue as soon as possible, and possibly remake the item.

Everything we make is made to order and custom just for you! High quality custom work takes a little more time then your traditional online boutique orders. Typically, it will be between 2 and 4 weeks from order to delivery in order to give our team enough time to customize, cut, and sew your design. In the US and Canada we offer free shipping with UPS ground which generally takes 3-4 business days. Worldwide shipping typically takes around 5 business days. If you need your order in a rush and/or would like to have expedited shipping, please contact our customer service email and mark "Urgent" in your email, and we will do our best to accommodate.

There are a few different options for getting your measurements taken:

1) Do it yourself using our comprehensive measurement guide. You can schedule a video chat with one our our stylists if you need some extra help!

2) If you are local to the Greater Philadelphia area, you can schedule an in person consultation with one of our stylists! Right now we are at Founder's Market @ 1776 in the Cherry Hill Mall in Cherry Hill, NJ. (Located on the 2nd floor next to Urban Outfitter's)

3.) Visit your local tailor/seamstress and ask to be measured.
