Step 2: Measure

Input your measurements into the fields in your account.

Sound daunting? Don’t worry we have your back! 

Choose from one of the following options:

1. Live local to the Philadelphia area? Make an appointment with your local stylist for your complimentary consultation and to be expertly measured. Book an Appointment 

2. Have your local tailor measure you.

3. Read our step by step guide on how to measure yourself. Nervous about DIY measuring? Email us to schedule a video chat with a stylist who can walk you through the measurement process.

Step 3: Manufacture

Your personalized order and measurements are sent to our factory.

Our team of professionals will customize the fit of the garment to your specifications, then cut, and sew your design! Before your garment is shipped out, we will personally inspect the piece for quality assurance. Then, get excited and make room in your closet! Your order will be shipped right to your doorstep shortly! We will email you as soon as your order is ready with tracking details.

All this magic takes time, so please allow us 4 -6 weeks to produce your order.

Step 4: Wear

What if it doesn’t fit?

Due to the nature of customer made clothing, we do not accept returns. With our perfect fit guarantee there shouldn’t be any fit issues! But hey, mistakes do happen... if something isn’t 100% perfect we offer a tailor credit up to 20% of the cost of your garment.
Step 1. Take your piece to your local tailor to be fit and altered. 

Step 2. Save the receipt and submit a scan or photo of it via our Customer Service.

Step 3. Within 48 hours we will process your reimbursement back to your original form of payment.  Impossible to fix the issue? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your garment so we promise to make things right! If needed, we will remake the garment to solve the problem. We are that committed! Email Us and explain the problem in detail. (Pictures help a lot!) We will get back to you within 48 hours.
