What if it doesn’t fit?
Due to the nature of custom made clothing, we do not accept returns. If something isn’t 100% perfect we offer a tailor credit up to 20% of the cost of your garment.
Step 1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about the problem. Make sure to include your order number and your name. Bring the piece back to your local Victoria Wright stylist or take your piece to your local tailor to be fit and altered.
Step 2. Save the receipt and submit a scan or photo of it to email@example.com
Step 3. Within 72 hours we will process your reimbursement back to your original form of payment.
Impossible to fix the issue? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your garment so we promise to make things right! If needed, we will remake the garment to solve the problem. We are that committed! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the problem in detail. (Pictures help a lot!) We will get back to you within 48 hours.
